31 Days of Wellness Challenge
Start your December off the right way and aim to be well for 31 days this month. Be creative and do activities that you enjoy and keep you smiling. Below is a great list to start you off on your journey of being happy and healthy throughout this holiday season.
Get outside and be active for 30 minutes.
Write down 5 things things you love about yourself.
Get a workout in. Long or short they all count.
Turn you phone off for one night and tune into the simpler things in life.
Cook a balanced meal with your own two hands.
Write a thank you letter to somebody, anybody.
Volunteer for a worthy cause, and make a difference.
Call a family member just to say hi, they will appreciate it.
Enjoy nature and explore somewhere you have never been before.
Find a pretty view, take a picture and post it to the iAM page.
Stretch your body out for 20 minutes.
Enjoy hot cocoa by the fire and reflect on all you have to be thankful for.
Help somebody in need. This tends to be contagious.
Sleep in, you deserve some rest and relaxation.
Go look at Christmas lights.
Journal your thoughts.
Step out of your comfort zone.
Invite a friend to work out.
Meditate for 5 minutes.
Go for a drive.
Compliment a complete stranger.
Treat yourself (Nails, Coffee, Etc...)
Make a Christmas decoration.
Bake some healthy Christmas cookies.
Celebrate Christmas with loved ones.
Visit a friend.
Find some alone time and practice deep breathing.
Declutter you home. This can feel so good.
Try a new activity
Create a thankful list and pull it out when you're having a bad day.
