Chocolate Pumpkin Bread

I made some delicious chocolate pumpkin muffins tonight for my husband and I. Easy to make and healthier than the store bought version!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 handfuls dark chocolate chips

Directions:
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl
  • Mix well
  • Line cupcake tin with baking cups and Fill 3/4 full
  • Bake in over at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
  • Enjoy!
