![]() Next week is the start to September, school is up and running again and hopefully cooler temperatures are in the forecast. Fall is my favorite time of the year. I love everything from the cooler weather, pumpkin flavored foods and warm sweaters and boots. With it being a busy time of the year it's important to find easy ways to stay healthy. As always, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and if you're like me, you want something quick and easy. These hearty pumpkin pancakes will fill you and your family up and they are great to freeze and use during the week! Hearty Pumpkin Pancakes (Yields: 12-14)
