Creating self care and achieving your wellness goals require intention and purpose. It's difficult to do it alone, it's easier to do it together. This two hour interactive group was designed to help you create intentional self care in your life and gain the tools to achieve and maintain your wellness goals. I've used my background in health, wellness and psychology to offer this course specifically for women ready to create change.
Important to know In order for your success in this group work, it is important to come with an open mind and heart. This work will be interactive and heavily focused on creating change within your life. It is important to come focused and ready to lean into the work that we are doing. It is also important to know that this workshop can offer you the tools required to create a positive shift, however change comes from taking personal action.
What to expect This group will be facilitated by myself, Hanna Kuyper. It will have a limited number of participants in order to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Groups are a combination of discussions, worksheets, activities and small group work. During our time together we will
