Our mind+body sessions have been uniquely developed to help you transform your life; mind, body and soul. As a wellness specialist and a holistic nutritionist I account for all areas of your life in order to create healthy changes for lasting results. Not only do we look at nutrition and fitness but we dive deep into emotional well being, self care and creating a positive body image. I believe in teaching an intuitive and mindful approach when it comes to nutrition and wellness and developing goals and intentions based on your current needs and desires. Each session is designed specifically to you and your needs.
Assessment of Lifestyle
During our first session we will go over in detail your background, lifestyle, health issues and any concerns, goals and/or additional comments. It is important for us to work around your lifestyle and set goals that line up with your beliefs.
Recipes and Nutrition Education
You will receive a packet with recipes to take home on your first day. Following our session you will receive an email with an outline of the nutrition education we discussed and balanced meal ideas. You will also receive self care and wellness activities.
Being active and moving your body is an important part of a balanced lifestyle. We will discuss activities you enjoy and decide what works best for you.
We will review your current wellness and internal well being. From there we will discuss mindsets, viewing the body as a whole & creating healthier thoughts and relationships.
Set achievable goals and discuss strategies to achieve them.
Review & Follow up
For success, regular follow ups are strongly encouraged.
