What to expect
After scheduling your free 15 minute call, I will contact you to set a time where we can discuss your needs and you can ask me questions. We can see if it is a good fit and than set up our first session! The initial session is an in-depth time for you to share with me what you're struggling with and for me to get to know you, your strengths and what steps we can take moving forward. Sessions typically happen 1x a week and run 45-50 minutes. Clients will receive action steps and homework to work on each week plus email access between our time together.
