After getting into shape and regaining my health, I got certified to teach fitness classes and immediately began to understand the benefits of personal training. Whether we are brand new to exercise, or we have been active our whole lives, I truly believe everyone can benefit from a one-on-one customized training approach to supplement their current fitness regimen. Initial Consultation & Assessment:
I want to get to know YOU! As your trainer, it is vital for me to obtain as much information about you as I can in order to create an optimally safe and effective training plan for you. Our initial meeting will consist of a brief Q&A, a movement assessment, and possibly some light goal oriented movement to give me a better idea of your abilities.
If you decide to continue with on-going sessions, you will receive a customized plan complete with a training schedule targeted at getting you to your personalized goals. Benchmark evaluations will be included to ensure you are moving in the right direction with your training, and progress will be tracked weekly.

Private Training Sessions
Personal training sessions include one-on-one time with Hanna. Personal accountability, learning correct form, and completing a personalized workout will all be included in your session. Push yourself past your limits and reach your goals with one-on-one time with your personal trainer.
Semi Private Training Sessions
Review wellness, nutrition and fitness changes and find adjustments where necessary.
Break down goals and review what is working and what needs changing.
