Semi Private Sessions
Semi private sessions are great for friends and family to work together to motivate and push past previous physical and mental obstacles. Primarily focused around fitness,
wellness suggestions. Semi private groups range from 2 to 3 participants.
Small Group Classes
Private small group classes are great for friends and family to work together to motivate and push past previous physical and mental obstacles. This option is designed for groups of 4 or more, private small group sessions are purchased per month which includes (x4) 45 minute private sessions scheduled by you and your group on a weekly basis. Add health to your weekly schedule and invite all of your friends.
