How do I follow this fitness program?
At iamwell we believe in approaching this as a lifestyle change. We want this to be something you can do and enjoy forever. That is why there are multiple plans, workouts and activities for you to follow. Aim to be active 5-6 days a week. That can range from a group class, a quick workout or a long walk. Find activities that you enjoy and listen to your body.
What if I don’t know how to do a workout?
If you are unclear on a workout or move, please visit our website and see the short videos we have showing what each move is. If it is still unclear, try to YouTube the move or contact Hanna and she will explain it to you.
How do I understand my meal guide?
At iamwell we want to teach you how to create your own meals. Opposed to us telling you and giving you a restrictive amount of food to eat, we want you to learn how to listen to your body and feed it healthy, whole nutritious food. It would be easy for us to tell you to eat chicken and veggies every day, but that is not what we are about. Instead we will give you the information you need on how to build a balanced meal and also make it delicious and let you create what your body craves.
